We freshly roast our beans in small batches when you order so you can be assured that you are receiving the highest quality roast. We work to ensure that our coffee is at peak flavor when it arrives at your café.

Sustainable Sourcing

We aren’t just roasters, we are farmers too. We would be happy to discuss the farming practices on our farm and how we are working to improve the farm over time and provide a stable income for our family and friends. We work to source our additional coffees sustainably, because we want our partners to be working in a safe and prosperous environment.
